Refund Policy

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

ProOne Web provides service-based work, digital deliverables and managed technical support. Refunds depend on the type of service, the stage of work and any third-party costs already incurred.

Deposits and progress payments may be non-refundable once work has started.

Work includes planning, strategy, design, development, content, setup, project management, communication, testing and technical configuration.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, ProOne Web may consider a refund less any reasonable administration, planning or third-party costs already incurred.

Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed once work has started or services have been provisioned.

ProOne Web will review requests reasonably, including the work completed, commitments made and costs already incurred.

Logo files, digital assets, website graphics, documents, code, website builds and other digital deliverables may not be refundable once supplied or substantially completed, unless required by law.

This includes work prepared for web, social media, menus, flyers, QR code assets, email signatures, branded PDFs and simple promotional materials.

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, hosting, SSL certificates, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, software subscriptions, advertising spend and similar third-party costs are often non-refundable once ordered or provisioned.

Any refund from a third-party provider may be passed on after provider fees, administration costs and outstanding amounts are accounted for.

Ongoing hosting, support, care, SEO, advertising or systems services are billed according to the agreed billing terms.

Cancellation may need to be requested before the next billing period.

Fees for active service periods, completed work, reserved time or third-party costs may not be refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Advertising platform spend is separate from ProOne Web service fees unless stated otherwise.

Ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta or another platform is subject to that platform's rules and is generally outside ProOne Web's control.

To request a refund review, email enquiries@prooneweb.com.au with your business name, invoice number, service details and the reason for the request.

ProOne Web will review work completed, service status, third-party costs and consumer guarantee obligations.

Approved refunds will usually be returned to the original payment method where practical.

Clients are encouraged to contact ProOne Web first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved before initiating a payment dispute.

If a dispute is raised, ProOne Web may provide relevant invoices, records, correspondence, service details and evidence of work completed to the payment provider.
